A: Currently PopIcon is compatible with Revit 2013, Revit Architecture 2013, Revit Structure 2013 and Revit Structure 2012 and works with imperial and metric standards.

A: Yes! Download a free trial version of PopIcon before you buy.
Q: How much does PopIcon cost?
A: PopIcon 2013 individual licenses are $200 each and work on a single computer. We also offer enterprise solutions, which allow you to provide PopIcon for several computers in your office based on the number of Revit licenses that you have with volume pricing benefits. Q: Where can I buy PopIcon Software?
A: PopIcon Software is available on our website at our online store www.shop.popiconsoftware.com.
Q: Do you offer a network or enterprise solution for PopIcon?
A: We offer an enterprise solution for PopIcon. This version runs on your engineering workstations and interfaces with the Revit licenses on your network.
Here is how it works:
You send us your documentation of authorized Revit licenses on your office and we sell you that number of PopIcon licenses at $200 per license. If you have, for instance, 10 Revit licenses that are used office-wide for 30 users, the PopIcon price would be $200 X 10 = $2000 total for your office instead of $200 X 30 = 6,000. Each user would then receive an individual activation code and have unlimited use of PopIcon on their computer. Each computer will need its own installation of PopIcon and its own unique activation code.

Q: What’s the relationship between PopIcon Software and Autodesk Revit?
A: PopIcon is an authorized Autodesk Revit development partner. Everything we do is reviewed, authorized and endorsed by Autodesk.

Q: What version of Revit does PopIcon work with?
A: Currently, PopIcon 2013 works with Revit 2013, Revit Architecture 2013, and Revit Structure 2013. PopIcon 2012 works with Revit Structure 2012. PopIcon works with both imperial and metric standards.
Q: How can I transfer my PopIcon license when I upgrade my computer?
A: PopIcon Software will issue a new activation code when required for computer upgrades or migration to another computer. Our policy allows a maximum of two (2) such activation codes within the first three (3) months of purchase. Users requiring additional activation codes may incur additional charges. Our long-term transfer policy mirrors that of Autodesk in that we support the current version of PopIcon plus the versions from the three previous years (beginning 2011 for Revit Structure).
Q: Does PopIcon have a license for multiple users?
A: PopIcon has single users license and an enterprise solution. Please consider when purchasing multiple licenses or the enterprise solution that we will need a Request Code for each computer on which PopIcon will be installed. For more on Request Codes, please see the question and answer immediately following.
Q: How do I purchase, activate and register my software after my is over?
A: For purchase, please visit our online store at www.shop.popiconsoftware.com. After your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link for the full version of PopIcon.
Start Revit. If you have tried beta or previous versions of PopIcon, please uninstall/reinstall. The popIcon License Activation window will be displayed. Your Request Code can be found at the top of your License Activation Window. Please copy and paste this code into our registration form to receive your activation code(s). We will email you your activation code(s). Once you receive your activation code(s), paste it into the License Activation window that appears when you next start up PopIcon. Note that each version of PopIcon that you have will use a unique activation code.

Q: Is PopIcon easy to install?
Yes! PopIcon installs in just a few clicks. PopIcon also loads with Revit every time you open Revit so there is no extra waiting.
Q: Where can I find information about how to use popIcon software?
